Policies

General information
Dogs must be at least 6 months old and under 30 pounds
Dogs must be spayed or neutered
All vaccines must be up to date, and a copy provided at drop off for our records
* Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella *
We provide food and water bowls, as well as blankets, beds, and pillows. Personal items are welcome, but be aware they may get soiled or torn up by other friends during your pup’s stay

Daycare and boarding
WALK-INS WELCOME!
Pick up and drop off for daycare and boarding is available during business hours Monday through Friday
* 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday through Friday * Closed daily from 12-2 for quiet time *
* Saturday & Sunday boarding pick up and drop off is available by appointment only *
Daycare closing time is 5 PM Monday through Friday. If your dog has not been picked up by this time, you will be charged an overnight boarding fee
A one night deposit is required to confirm boarding. This will be applied towards your balance
Departure baths are an option when your dog leaves from boarding for an additional fee of $20. If your dog stays for 7 or more nights, they will receive a complimentary departure bath


Feeding
Please provide your dog’s food in single meal quantities. Plastic bags or small containers are preferred. Health code requires all food to be in a sealed bag or container. If you dog runs out of food during their stay, or you do not bring any, we can provide them any extra they need for an additional $5 per day (AM & PM feedings)

Medication
If your dog requires medication, please bring it in the prescribed bottle by your veterinarian. This allows us to confirm the medication, dosage, and frequency
* Any prescription medication or injections will be administered for an additional $3 per day *
